Ed Poccia, KC2LM, will explain the role of BCARES in Ham radio.
The presentation will include: Qualifications (ICS courses), digital
and voice HF and VHF operating modes, training exercises, details
from the last few BCARES drills.
Ed will explain the importance of this vital service provided by the
Amateur Radio community.
